Our Promise to You

At Ruffstar, we genuinely love the dogs in our care. We promise to apply our best skill, experience, and attention to keep your dog safe, happy, and healthy. Your dog will be supervised, exercised, and treated with care.

Normal Risks of Group Dog Care

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge the everyday risks of daycare and boarding (play-related injuries, minor scrapes, possible illness like kennel cough, occasional escape attempts) are normal and you accept them on behalf of your dog.

Owner Responsibility & Disclosures

You confirm your dog has not shown aggressive/dangerous behaviour, is on flea/tick prevention, spayed/neutered if 6+ months (unless pre-approved), and you'll disclose all allergies, conditions, medications, and behaviour concerns before each visit.

Photo & Media Permission
